Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to lead roadmap ownership and drive patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Data teams to deliver impactful features and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will own discovery, prioritization, and execution end-to-end within your domain, while collaborating with senior leaders on strategy and outcomes aligned with FuzeRx's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Business/CS/Engineering/Health Informatics).
• 2+ years in Product Management or a product-adjacent role (e.g., program management, analytics).
• Experience shipping product features with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills using KPIs, adoption, and usability to inform decisions.
• Clear, concise communication; able to write effective specs and drive discussions with engineers and customers.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end—from requirements and design through launch and iteration—within a defined product strategy.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs with Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners; seek guidance from senior leaders when ambiguity arises.
• Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation to ensure features solve real user problems.
• Monitor feature KPIs, adoption, and usability; contribute to OKR/QBR reporting for the area.
• Triaged features, bugs, and requests; connect engineering work to the end-user experience.
• Understand technologies in the product area; articulate technical requirements and flag design risks.
• Raise awareness of healthcare and pharmacy regulatory and operational constraints; escalate compliance as needed.
