Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will own the roadmap, partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Health Informatics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent role.

• Own the roadmap for your product area and align with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business/clinical needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Triaging features, bugs and requests to connect engineering work to user outcomes.
• Identify risks in design choices and articulate technical requirements.
• Navigate regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
