Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the roadmap for a product area and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve real patient and partner problems.

You will translate needs into clear specs, drive feature discussions, and balance regulatory constraints with user outcomes, enabling growth across healthcare and pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• ~2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent role.
• Experience shipping product features with Engineering in Agile environments.
• Clear, concise communication to write specs and drive discussions with engineers and customers.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management platforms.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate requirements for features and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear, concise product requirements and specs with Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Lead feature discussions with customers and engineers and validate solutions through research and data.
• Triages features, bugs, and requests and connects engineering work to end-user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag design risks; understand regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
