Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the roadmap, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful patient and partner problems.

You will translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements, drive feature discussions in agile environments, and help ensure regulatory and operational constraints are considered early in design.

• Own the roadmap and triage features, bugs, and requests with engineering and design teams.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy early.
• Experience shipping product features in agile environments and with analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners through discovery and validation.
• Optimize roadmap intake by triaging features, bugs, and requests and connecting engineering to user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices; ensure regulatory considerations are addressed early.
