Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You’ll own the roadmap and partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Operations to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

The role requires 2+ years in product management in agile environments, strong communication, and a background in healthcare-related product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
• ~2+ years of Product Management or product-adjacent experience.
• Experience shipping features in agile environments.
• Clear, concise communication for specs and discussions with engineers and customers.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate technical requirements for features and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into product requirements and specs.
• Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Triager features, bugs, and requests; connect engineering work to user outcomes.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Understand regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
