Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for the FuzeRx product line who will own the roadmap and work closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve patient care and pharmacy operations challenges.

You will translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements, drive feature discussions, and triage work items in an Agile environment. Strong communication and healthcare product experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Own the product roadmap and translate business needs into specs.
• 2+ years in Product Management or a related role.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Experience in pharmacy/healthcare product evolution and data-driven personalization.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the FuzeRx product area and partner with engineering, design, clinical, and data teams.
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Triages features, bugs, and requests and links engineering work to user outcomes.
• Identify technical risks and factors affecting design choices; flag regulatory constraints early.
