Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the product roadmap and translate clinical, business, and operational needs into actionable specs.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business teams to deliver patient-centered solutions and drive growth. You will triage requests, validate features via customer research and data, and ensure regulatory considerations are addressed early in the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in Product Management or a product-adjacent role.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Clear, concise written specs and ability to drive discussions with engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management platforms.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate technical requirements for features and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Triage features, bugs, and requests to optimize roadmap intake and link engineering to user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
