Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the roadmap for your product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

You will translate business and clinical needs into clear specs, advocate for user needs, and drive features from discovery to delivery in an agile environment, while flagging regulatory risks early.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent roles.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in Agile environments.
• Clear, concise specs writing and cross-functional communication.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management platforms.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate technical requirements for features and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the product area in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data and Business teams.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers and cross-functional partners; support discovery via research and data.
• Optimize roadmap intake by triaging features, bugs, and requests and linking work to user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy, escalating compliance early.
