Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will own the roadmap for your product area and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, experience shipping features in agile environments, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years of Product Management or related role.
• Experience shipping product features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for specs and cross-functional discussions.
• Experience building products for pharmacy or healthcare services.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled features.
• It ability to identify technical risks and define API requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap for your product area and partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation.
• Triages features and requests; connect engineering work to the end-user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
