Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the FuzeRx product line to define and deliver initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth.

You will own the product area roadmap and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Pharmacy Operations to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners. You will translate business and clinical needs into clear specs, drive feature discussions with engineers and customers, and help refine the roadmap

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent role (e.g., program management, clinical operations, analytics).
• Experience shipping product features in agile environments with Engineering teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication to write effective specs and drive feature discussions.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management platforms.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate requirements for features and APIs.

Responsabilités

• Own roadmap for your product area and partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation.
• Triage features, bugs, and requests and connect engineering work to user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Understand regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy, escalating compliance considerations early.
