Job summary

UKG is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to partner with sales, design end-to-end solutions, and deliver engaging demonstrations that clearly communicate value. You will translate business needs into practical designs and help customers understand how UKG products address their workforce challenges.

The role involves collaborating with Product and Services, traveling to customer engagements when required, and contributing to deal strategy to ensure a smooth sales-to-services transition.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex sales cycles in a presales, solution consulting, or consultative customer-facing role.
• Experience with human resources, payroll, or related enterprise software solutions a must
• Experience presenting solutions to senior business leaders.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements (travel may exceed 50%).

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to lead discovery conversations that uncover customer challenges, priorities, and success measures.
• Design end to end solution approaches that align UKG products to customer business needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product and Services to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Contribute to deal strategy by identifying risks, assumptions, and next steps that move opportunities forward.
• Support proposal responses and sales-to-services transitions to ensure continuity and clarity for customers.
