Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead, Portfolio Management – Quality Engineering Business Operations to drive operational health, financial discipline, and strategic execution across the Enterprise Software Quality Engineering COE.

The role partners with Enterprise Technology, Finance, HR, Procurement, and segment teams to improve transparency, execution, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Management, Finance, Business or IT or related field.
• 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning experience.
• 5+ years in portfolio management, technology business operations, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years in technology organizations or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive presentation materials.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and expense management for the QE organization.
• Prepare monthly executive reviews, financial governance materials, and investment discussions.
• Provide executive communications, meeting prep, decision logs, and follow-up actions.
• Manage vendor governance, contract planning, renewals, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of resources transitioning into QE COEs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for QE leadership.
