Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations in a remote Ohio setting to lead a small team and own the Global Partner Program’s day-to-day operations.

You will supervise onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, and incentives while coordinating governance across BRD, SOP ownership, and automation design. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Data & Systems Engineering, and Sales to ensure alignment with strategic launches and migration efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Partner/Channel Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience or demonstrated experience leading teams/contractors.
• Proven experience standing up or scaling an operations function — process, systems, and team.
• Comfort owning technical/systems-adjacent scope (BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, automation) without being an engineer.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline with multi-workstream cadence (WBR/QBR).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with credibility to influence senior leaders and engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead the Team: Hire, onboard, and manage a small mixed team; set priorities and size the team as scope scales.
• Own GPP Operations End to End: oversee onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, governance, and policy compliance.
• Redefine the Sales Ops Remit for GPP: transition BRD/SOP ownership and incentive design; unify operating model.
• Program & Incentive Ops: manage partner tiering, segmentation, compensation plans, and engagement rules.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: represent operations with Program Design, Partner Sales, Data & Systems Engineering, Enablement, Finance, and Legal.
• Launch Readiness: drive execution for GPP launch and migration of legacy partners to IPS.
