You will research target accounts, curate prospect lists, and engage decision-makers to schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, business development, sales development, inside sales, appointment setting, or a similar role.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Experience researching companies, contacts, and potential customers.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate prospect data.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers, companies, and target accounts.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on defined customer profiles and sales criteria.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, online research, and other channels.
• Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, business requirements, interest, and potential fit.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
• Identify decision-makers and relevant contacts within target organizations.
• Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system.
• Track lead generation activities, outreach, responses, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to increase engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, prospect responses, market trends, and common objections.
• Meet or exceed lead-generation, qualification, and activity targets.
• Continuously test and improve outreach methods, messaging, and prospecting strategies.
