Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation and qualification.
• Experience with outbound prospecting.

• English proficiency for English-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers, companies, and target accounts.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on defined profiles and sales criteria.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Qualify leads by evaluating needs and potential fit.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage prospects in conversations.
• Identify decision-makers and relevant contacts within target organizations.
• Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system.
• Track lead generation activities, outreach, responses, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to increase engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to improve strategies.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
• Meet or exceed lead-generation and activity targets.
• Continuously test and improve outreach methods and messaging.
