Qualifications

• Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity or lead-generation targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a remote and fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and proper remote setup.

• English proficiency for English-speaking markets if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers, companies, and target accounts.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on defined profiles and sales criteria.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Qualify leads by evaluating needs, business requirements, interest, and fit.

• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to improve strategies.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, market trends, and objections.
