• No experience required; related experience in lead generation, appointment setting, telephone outreach, or customer-facing work is preferred.
• Ability to learn call scripts and product/service information, then explain relevant details clearly without overstating their value.
• Clear spoken and written communication, including asking focused questions, listening carefully, and writing concise conversation summaries for colleagues.
• Willingness to learn the named CRM, phone, and scheduling systems while following established outreach steps and contact preferences.

Responsabilidades

• Review assigned prospect queues and inquiries, check contact details, prior outreach, and stated interests before conversations.
• Make outbound calls using a contact-center phone system; introduce purpose and verify speakability.
• Use approved questions to understand business needs, interest, and readiness for an intro discussion with a sales rep.
• Explain product/service information using reference materials; avoid promises or closing sales.
• Enter conversation summaries, qualification answers, contact preferences, and next steps in a CRM like HubSpot.
