Job summary

Talentoma is seeking an entry-level Lead Generation Specialist to work remotely from Georgia. This role supports the sales team by identifying prospects, qualifying interest, and arranging introductory meetings, all with CRM-based coordination and consistent follow-up.

The position requires a 40-hour week and a desk-based setup. The role collaborates with sales reps and a lead generation team lead, with ongoing onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; related experience in lead generation or customer-facing work preferred.
• Willingness to learn Zoho CRM and maintain clear outreach records.
• Comfort learning Five9 and Google Calendar through guided practice.
• Clear communication, listening, and summarising business interests.

Responsibilities

• Review prospect queues and inquiries to identify initial conversations, follow-ups, or meeting confirmations.
• Verify contact details, business information, and notes in Zoho CRM before outreach.
• Place introductory calls using approved talking points and clarify purpose of each conversation.
• Ask qualification questions about business needs, interest, decision involvement, and readiness for a discussion.
• Explain introductory product information and direct pricing questions to the sales representative.
