Job summary

Talentoma is hiring a Lead Generation Representative. This fully remote role focuses on qualifying prospects and arranging introductory meetings for the sales team. You will work with business development and scheduling colleagues while maintaining accurate records.

You will use RingCentral, HubSpot, and Calendly to manage conversations, document outcomes, and coordinate next steps. A reliable home workspace and US work authorization are required for a 40-hour weekly commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience in lead generation or outreach is a plus.
• Ability to learn call scripts and product information, then explain clearly without overstating value.
• Clear spoken and written communication; write concise summaries for colleagues.
• Willingness to learn CRM, phone, and scheduling systems while following outreach steps.
• Reliable home workspace and 40-hour weekly availability.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review prospect queues and verify contact details before outreach.
• Make outbound calls using RingCentral; introduce purpose and assess if the prospect can speak.
• Use approved questions to gauge needs and scheduling readiness.
• Explain product information using approved materials; avoid promises or sales closing.
• Enter summaries and qualification data into HubSpot; maintain accuracy.
• Schedule introductory meetings via Calendly; confirm availability.
• Send meeting confirmations and reminders with all details.
• Follow up on unanswered outreach and respect opt-out requests.
• Route product questions to sales and flag unclear criteria to team lead.
• Meet quality expectations with timely follow-up and accurate notes.
