Summary
Well-qualified introductions help prospective business customers reach the right sales conversation without unnecessary back-and-forth. The Lead Generation Specialist researches prospects, makes initial contact, checks interest, and arranges meetings that give sales colleagues a useful starting point. Job Responsibilities
- Review assigned prospect queues, incoming inquiries, and scheduled callbacks to prioritize outreach based on expressed interest, contact history, and the team's qualification criteria.
- Research prospective businesses using their public websites and approved sources, checking business activities, relevant contacts, and potential fit before making contact.
- Make outbound calls through a Contact-center phone system such as Talkdesk, introduce the purpose clearly, and ask whether the contact welcomes further discussion.
- Respond to prospect emails and returned calls with accurate introductory service information, keeping conversations focused on interest assessment rather than closing sales.

- Maintain prospect profiles in a CRM such as HubSpot, entering verified contact information, outreach outcomes, qualification notes, and the next agreed action.
- Arrange introductory meetings with sales representatives, confirm participant availability, and send clear invitations with the meeting purpose and relevant discussion context.
- Follow up on unanswered outreach and unconfirmed meetings at agreed intervals, respecting contact preferences and updating the queue when further contact is unwelcome.
- Transfer qualified opportunities with complete notes, and elevate unclear qualification decisions, repeated scheduling difficulties, or unanswered service questions to the business development team lead.
- Review completed outreach and meeting handoffs for accuracy, timely turnaround, complete notes, and dependable follow-up; use team lead feedback to improve subsequent work.
