Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Lead Engineer - Full-Stack (Remote) to own the architecture and delivery of full-stack solutions and guide a distributed engineering team. This role focuses on AI-first engineering, across Angular/C# API codebases, and emphasizes BFF design and scalable web/API layers.

You will drive technical roadmap decisions, lead code reviews, and improve CI/CD, observability, and production readiness while collaborating with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in software development.
• At least 5 years focused on full-stack development.
• Experience with AI-first engineering and integration of AI features.
• Proven ability to lead distributed engineering teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and delivery of full-stack solutions spanning UI and API layers.
• Guide a distributed engineering team and drive technical roadmap decisions.
• Lead code reviews and root-cause analyses of production issues.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and observability and logging across all layers.
