Progressive Leasing is seeking a Lead Engineer - Full-Stack (Remote) to own the architecture and delivery of full-stack solutions across web and API layers. You will guide a distributed engineering team and drive a technical strategy aligned with product goals.

The role requires deep full-stack experience (Angular, C# API), leadership across time zones, and a focus on AI-first engineering, CI/CD, performance, security, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software development experience with 5+ years in full-stack roles.
• Strong experience with Angular and C# API development.
• Proven ability to lead distributed engineering teams and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and delivery of full-stack solutions across web and API layers.
• Define coding standards and drive AI-first engineering practices.
• Lead cross-time-zone teams and maintain CI/CD and observability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA and Backend teams in Agile ways.
