Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Lead Engineer - Mobile & Full-Stack (Remote) to drive architecture and delivery of our mobile app and web surfaces. You will lead a distributed team across time zones, champion AI-first engineering practices, and shape the technical roadmap in collaboration with Product, Design, QA and Backend teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, end-to-end delivery, and mentoring engineers while ensuring quality, security, and scale for fintech-enabled lease

Qualifications

• Experience with React Native and React JS
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile methodologies
• Financial/fintech domain experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and delivery of React Native mobile app and React JS web surfaces across iOS/Android
• Define coding standards and best practices for mobile and full-stack development
• Drive AI-first engineering mindset and tech roadmap alignment
• Lead code reviews and root-cause analysis of production issues
• Manage end-to-end delivery from scope to App Store/Play Store release
• Mentor distributed teams across Americas and India
• Collaborate with product/design/QA/backend to deliver scalable solutions
