Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Lead Engineer - Mobile & Full-Stack to lead architecture and delivery of mobile and web experiences across iOS, Android, and web surfaces. You will own the technical roadmap, enforce best practices, and mentor a distributed team while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions for lease-to-own platforms.

You will work in a remote capacity with a focus on AI-enabled features, BFF/API layers, and integration patterns, shaping the next generation of customer

Qualifications

At least 10 years of software development experience.
5+ years mobile (React Native) and full-stack development.
Experience shipping production apps to App Store and Google Play.

Responsibilities

Own architecture, quality, and delivery of the React Native mobile app and React JS web surfaces for iOS and Android.
Lead end-to-end delivery from scoping to App/Play Store releases and production monitoring.
Drive AI-first engineering mindset and architectural decisions in collaboration with product teams.
Mentor distributed engineers across time zones and foster strong engineering culture.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
