Bowman Consulting is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across North America, with remote work options. You will drive cloud adoption, security enhancements, automation, and standardization while mentoring junior teammates and coordinating with vendors and IT teams.

The role requires extensive experience in AD/Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, and enterprise storage, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years advanced systems engineering.
• Advanced certifications in Azure, AWS, VMware preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise infrastructure.
• Drive cloud adoption, automation, security enhancements, and standardization.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Architect hybrid AD/Microsoft 365/Azure AD environments and virtualization.
• Develop infrastructure standards and operational procedures.
