Job summary
Bowman is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support our enterprise infrastructure across 80+ sites in North America. This role emphasizes leadership, cloud adoption, automation, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
You will mentor junior staff, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure reliability, security, and performance of all systems. Remote work arrangements are available with occasional travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- 8+ years IT experience with advanced systems engineering.
- Advanced cloud certifications preferred (Azure, AWS, VMware).
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work remotely and across North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor junior staff on systems engineering practices.
- Design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across 80+ sites.
- Drive cloud adoption, automation, and security enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to align with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership for IT operations and service delivery.
