Job summary
Bowman is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support enterprise infrastructure. This remote role focuses on cloud technologies, virtualization, automation, and modernization across 80+ sites in North America.
You will lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to align infrastructure with strategic goals. Strong AD, M365, Azure, and virtualization expertise are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years IT experience with advanced systems engineering.
- Certifications in Azure/VMware or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Entra ID.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across 80+ sites.
- Lead complex infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Architect and support hybrid environments with AD, Azure, and cloud services.
- Drive modernization, automation, and security improvements across platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
