Job summary
Figma is seeking a Manager, AMER Solutions Consulting to lead a cross-functional team serving enterprise accounts from a New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US. You will blend technical depth with business storytelling to articulate value and drive adoption of our platform.
You will partner with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Support to shape pre- and post-sales strategy, design scalable programs, mentor managers, and coach teams toward ambitious revenue and customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of customer-facing technical experience in SaaS or similar
- 3+ years leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers with team accountability
- Ability to design and implement strategic programs across teams
- Excellent communication for both technical and executive audiences
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants across AMER
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings with your team
- Develop and coach talent, including hiring and career growth
- Define and execute pre- and post-sales strategy with cross-functional partners
- Scale programs to increase impact and drive revenue growth
- Monitor performance and help the team exceed goals
