Figma in New York, NY is seeking a Manager, AMER Solutions Consulting to lead a cross-functional team of Solutions Consultants across AMER, shaping strategic solutions and driving revenue growth.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Support to scale programs, mentor talent, hire and guide career growth, and align pre- and post-sales strategies.

This full-time role can be based in the New York hub or remote within the Eastern US time zone.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a frontline manager leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers.
• 8+ years of relevant customer-facing technical experience in SaaS roles such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Engineering, or Sales.
• Proven ability to design and implement strategic programs that drive impact across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive audiences.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional partners including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across AMER.
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside your team.
• Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth.
• Work cross-functionally to help define and execute our technical pre- and post-sales strategy.
• Build and implement programs that help scale our Solutions Consultants and drive greater impact for our customers.
• Monitor team performance and support them in exceeding their goals.
