Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services seeks an experienced Lead Data Specialist to manage the master transition inventory and reconciliation tasks for the TSST under the DISA/DITCO program. You will drive data-quality rule development, cross-system discrepancy resolution, and master-database administration within secure federal guidelines.

The role requires 5+ years IT experience, a Bachelor's degree, and active NACI adjudication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline and 5+ years IT experience.
• Active or interim Tier 1 (T1/NACI) adjudication visible within DISS at contract start.
• Available to attend Government meetings 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST, Mon–Fri, with flexible data-push support.
• Sign a Letter of Intent authorizing submission for the DISA/DITCO contract at the designated rate.

Responsibilities

• Control the master transition inventory database and ensure daily reporting readiness.
• Validate GSA Transition Inventory against DoD registries to keep accurate records during transition.
• Create data-quality validation rules to rapidly isolate cross-system discrepancies.
• Investigate billing/logging discrepancies across multiple sources and vendors.
• Coordinate with PMO, DITCO software, and EIS contractors for data workflows.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and cumulative status reports by agency/site/migration phase.
• Monitor telecom line details: service types, usage, and contacts for migration success.
• Support PMO with option-period forecasting and contract-utilization analysis.
