Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services seeks multiple Inventory / Transition Data Analysts to support the TSST for the DITCO transition program. You will manage the core production database and asset tracking, performing high-volume data validation and multi-source reconciliation in a highly secure federal environment.

The role requires 2+ years IT experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and an active NACI adjudication. Remote work with CST schedule alignment is available; LOI signing is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience with data analysis or inventory reconciliation.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical/scientific field required with related IT experience.
• Must possess an active Tier 1/NACI adjudication visible in DISS at contract start.
• LOI authorizing submission for the DISA/DITCO contract at the targeted rate is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume tactical inventory research, data entry, and records validation to support contract transition visibility.
• Research and compare telecom service records across government databases and vendor portals.
• Identify and document discrepancies in quantities, usage, and billed amounts to maintain a clean master dataset.
• Maintain massive tracking spreadsheets and databases ensuring POC emails, phone numbers, and site addresses are accurate.
• Extract data and structure recurring daily, weekly, and cumulative status reports by agency name for leadership.
• Log Outside-Generated Reports into internal tracking registries for audit readiness.
• Track live progress of sites under review to identify pending orders, validation, and completed cutovers.
• Support updates to the master tracking baseline to minimize data variance.
