Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services seeks multiple Telecommunications Transition Order Specialists to support the TSST for the DITCO Transition PMO. You will manage a high-volume workflow involving service starts, discontinuances, and amendments, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery for government-driven migrations.

The role requires 4+ years of IT experience and an active T1/NACI clearance, with the ability to coordinate complex requests across vendors and government teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or Technical degree with 4+ years of progressive IT experience, or 6+ years of general IT experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must have an active Tier 1 (T1/NACI) adjudication visible in DISS at contract start.
• Availability to work 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday, with shift flexibility during major network cutover windows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process complex telecommunications transition orders and service starts or discontinuances.
• Perform QA/QC validation checks on Telecommunication Requests to prevent errors.
• Coordinate with internal government stakeholders and external providers for clear requirements before migrations.
• Record variations or exceptions to provisioning documents and notify DISA provisioning elements.
