Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services is seeking multiple Telecommunications Transition Order Specialists for the TSST to support the DITCO program. You will lead the production workflow for thousands of orders, coordinating with vendors, government users, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant transitions.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of IT experience, DISA/DITCO familiarity, and a strong focus on QA/QC, accuracy, and proactive communication to prevent delays during migrations.

Qualifications

• Associate or Technical degree plus 4+ years IT experience, or 6+ years IT experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Tier 1 (T1/NACI) adjudication visible within DISS at contract start.
• Available to process orders and attend team syncs 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST, Mon–Fri.
• Must sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) authorizing submission of credentials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process complex telecommunications transition orders using government tracking systems.
• Perform QA/QC validation checks on Telecommunications Requests to prevent stalls or errors.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and external providers to ensure clarity before migration.
• Record variations or exceptions and notify DISA provisioning elements before/after installation windows.
• Coordinate with vendors and government users to adjust due dates and report tracking changes to leadership.
• Schedule service installations and cutover windows, and participate in planning calls as needed.
• Issue disconnect documentation after verifying service is live and fully operational.
• Track open discontinue orders through final vendor notification of disconnection.
