Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services is seeking an enterprise Project Manager / TSST Operations Lead to manage day-to-day production for a 25-person team supporting the DITCO Transition PMO. The role focuses on service-order lifecycles, high-volume workflow, and meeting tight migration deadlines within federal security parameters.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years IT experience, strong leadership, and a background in telecommunications service orders, QA/QC, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of total IT experience.
• Must possess an active or interim Tier 1 (T1/NACI) adjudication visible within DISS at contract start.
• Fully available to attend Government meetings scheduled 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday, with shifts during critical projects.
• Must sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) authorizing submission of credentials for this contract opportunity at the designated target rate.

Responsibilities

• Control daily operations and production output for the 25-person TSST workforce, optimizing task distribution across queues.
• Monitor order tracking and installation queues against milestones to identify and solve scheduling threats.
• Coordinate rapid corrective actions with internal delivery teams and external vendors when backlogs occur.
• Oversee QA/QC protocols on all Telecommunication Requests to ensure clarity and ATS compatibility.
• Elevate complex bottlenecks or vendor delays to the Program Manager.
• Manage planning, scheduling, and logging of service installations and cutover timelines.
• Participate in cutover planning sessions to resolve issues.
• Compile data and metrics for daily and weekly status updates for the PM and DITCO PMO.
