Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services seeks an enterprise Program Manager to direct the Telecommunications Services Support Team (TSST) for the DISA/DITCO transition program. You will lead a 25-person workforce and ensure uninterrupted staffing across critical DoD network transitions.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with federal/DoD experience, a Bachelor's degree, an active NACI adjudication, and availability for CST meetings. A LOI must be signed before submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years total IT experience.
• Active Tier 1/NACI adjudication visible in DISS at contract start.
• Available to lead workforce and attend Government meetings 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST, Mon–Fri, with flexible evenings for transitions.
• Must sign a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) authorizing submission of credentials for this contract.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall performance of the 25-person TSST workforce and maintain full staffing across transition phases.
• Serve as the principal interface between delivery teams, the DITCO Transition PMO, DoD agencies and contractors.
• Provide technical and operational support to the DoD Program Manager, including executive briefing slides and progress reports.
• Develop and maintain a contract-wide Quality Assurance Plan for data validation and service order processing.
• Track approximately 70,000 transition actions to prevent billing issues and service gaps.
