Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services seeks Telecommunications Transition Order Specialists to support the TSST for the DITCO Transition Program. You will be the production engine, handling ~70,000 transition actions—35,000 service starts and 35,000 service discontinuances—within strict federal parameters.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years IT experience, an associate/technical degree (or 6+ years without a degree), and an active Tier 1/NACI adjudication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years progressive IT experience, with telecom focus.
• Must have an Associate or Technical degree or 6+ years general IT experience in lieu of a degree.
• Tier 1/NACI adjudication Active/Interim visibility in DISS at contract start.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process complex telecommunications transition orders.
• Perform QA/QC validation on Telecommunication Requests (TRs).
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and service providers.
• Schedule service installations and cutover windows; manage lifecycle until disconnect verified.
