Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services is seeking an Inventory / Transition Data Analyst for the Telecommunications Service Support Team (TSST). This remote role supports the core production database and asset tracking workflows for the DISA/DITCO transition program, handling high‑volume data validation and inventory research across 551,000 global records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience with data analysis, database maintenance or spreadsheet-based inventory reconciliation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related technical discipline
• US citizenship required with active or interim Tier 1 (NACI) eligibility

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume tactical inventory research, data entry and records validation to support contract transition visibility
• Research and compare telecommunications service records across government databases and vendor sources
• Identify, document, and cross-reference discrepancies in quantities, usage, and billed amounts to maintain a clean master dataset
• Update and maintain large tracking spreadsheets and databases ensuring accurate POC emails, phone numbers, and site addresses
• Extract data and structure recurring status reports by agency name for program leadership
• Log Outside-Generated Reports into internal tracking registries
• Track live site progress and identify orders, validations, and cutovers
• Support updates to the master tracking baseline to minimize data variance
• Strong familiarity with handling sensitive government data in a secure environment
