Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services seeks a Lead Data Specialist / Inventory Lead to manage master transition inventory and reconcile telecom data for the DITCO transition program. The role demands 5+ years of IT experience and leadership in data-quality rule development and cross-system reconciliation within highly secured federal parameters.

The incumbent will ensure data integrity across millions of global site records, generating high-level inventory summaries for the PMO and supporting EIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years IT experience required.
• Active or interim Tier 1 (T1/NACI) adjudication must be visible at contract start.
• Available for CST 8:00–4:30 schedule with flexibility for data pushes.
• Sign a Letter of Intent authorizing submission for the DISA/DITCO contract at the target rate.

Responsibilities

• Control the master transition inventory database and keep tracking structures updated.
• Validate GSA Transition Inventory against multiple DoD registries for accurate tracking.
• Create and apply data-quality validation rules to identify cross-system discrepancies.
• Investigate complex billing, provisioning, or asset registry data issues across multiple sources.
• Coordinate database updates with DITCO PMO, Transition PMO, and EIS contractors.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and cumulative reports by agency, site, and migration phase.
• Track telecom line details including service types, quantities, usage, and contacts.
• Support PMO with option-period forecasting, contract ceilings, and funding analysis.
