Job summary

ABB's ELSE leader in the U.S. Application Engineering organization will guide a high-performing team, engage with customers, and deliver high-quality SOWs and JCEs. The role emphasizes customer engagement, proposal excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth.

The position is remote within the US and reports to the EL Sales Support Manager - Commercial Operations, with opportunities to partner across proposal management, business development, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Willing to travel up to 25% within the US.
• Experience in application engineering or field engineering in power delivery products.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Experience with proposal development, SOW, and JCE processes.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
