Job summary

Neto is hiring in the US to build the outbound pipeline for law-firm growth. You will research firms, run targeted outbound, and book meetings for our AEs. This launchpad role offers a clear path toward closing and strong upside based on performance.

Expect 1+ year of outbound experience, resilience, and strong writing/phone skills. Base pay is $40,000 with ~66,500 OTE, plus equity; remote within the US with a preference for Phoenix/Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound prospecting experience or verifiable proof you can do it.
• Consistency, resilience, and a competitive drive.
• Sharp writing and confident phone presence.
• Bonus points for selling into legal or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Book about fifteen qualified meetings a month with law firms.
• Run outbound across call, email, and LinkedIn to generate replies.
• Qualify before you pass, and hand AEs clean, well-briefed opportunities.
• Keep your activity and results tracked in HubSpot.
