Job summary

Neto is building AI voice agents for law firms and we are hiring in Scottsdale for an in-person role focused on delivering production-ready agents. You will stand up agents via prompting, workflows, and API work, then run hypercare until they are stable in production.

You will own what you ship and handle escalations, delivering tangible results within days. Qualifications include strong prompting and LLM-application skills, API literacy, and a calm, customer-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Configure reception, intake, chase, and check-in agents to each firm’s real processes.
• Work across prompting, workflow logic, and API integrations to make the agent work in the real world.
• Run the two-week hypercare period, then hand a clean agent to Customer Success.
• Own tier-2 escalations on the agents you built, and ship about twelve clean a month.

The role

You will build the product for every customer: standing up each firm's voice agents through prompting, workflow programming, and API work, then running hypercare until the agent is stable in production. You own what you ship, including the hard escalations, and you will see your work go live and matter within days, not quarters. This is an in-person role with the team at our Scottsdale office.

Compensation and location

• Base $105,000 to $135,000, on-target earnings around $134,400 with the delivery incentive
• Meaningful early-stage equity, the real upside in this role
• In person at our Scottsdale, Arizona office
