Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, seeks a Client Account Coordinator to ensure seamless operation and support to our billing and pricing teams. The role focuses on rate management, pre-bill reviews, and data reporting to drive client service excellence.

The position requires 2+ years in a law firm finance department, with experience in Aderant and rates programming preferred. Remote, full-time with a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in a law firm finance department.
• Working knowledge of a fully integrated accounting system (Aderant preferred).
• Law firm rates programming experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process rate requests for firm offices, approving, correcting, and updating billing rates.
• Maintain billing rates, attorney assignments and related changes in Aderant.
• Coordinate with attorneys, billing teams, and admins to implement rate changes.
• Review and correct attorney pre-bills, including disbursement accuracy.
• Process client and matter maintenance forms with quality control.
• Track hours and provide monthly reports to management.
• Collaborate on best practices and departmental initiatives.
• Support client intake processes and rate programming with pricing team.
• Perform data entry and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
