Qualifications

• 2 years experience working in a law firm as an AR professional.
• 2 years experience with AR success in facilitating payment of outstanding invoices.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of collection software.
• Knowledge of the firm's business process and business operations.

• Proactively manage problematic AR and work with the collections team billing attorney and billing specialist to resolve and ensure timely collections of AR.
• Consistently update the collections database with the status of collection efforts.
• Create clear and concise spreadsheets outlining billing payments and outstanding invoices to facilitate payment of outstanding invoices.
• Assist billing department with projects and other duties assigned by the Director of Billing & Collections.

In this essential role you will contribute to the seamless operation of our services, providing crucial support to our department in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

The hourly rate range for this position is 3365 3865. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components including but not limited to location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications and other job related factors permitted by law.
