Job summary

This role emphasizes attention to detail, data entry, reporting, and collaboration with our pricing team to implement approved changes. Aderant experience and at least two years in a law firm finance environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a law firm finance department.
• Experience with a fully integrated accounting system (Aderant preferred).
• Experience with law firm rates programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process rate requests for firm offices and update client and matter billing rates.
• Maintain billing rates and attorney assignments in Aderant.
• Coordinate with attorneys, billing teams, and legal admins to implement rate changes.
• Review pre-bills for accuracy, including disbursements.
• Process client and matter maintenance forms with quality control.
• Track hours and provide monthly reports to management.
• Collaborate on best practices and process improvements.
• Support client intake and rate programming with pricing team.
• Perform data entry and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
