Job summary

Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, seeks a skilled Client Account Coordinator to support our billing and client intake operations. You will review rate requests, maintain billing rates in Aderant, and collaborate with attorneys and billing teams to implement approved changes.

You will also oversee pre-bills, disbursement accuracy, and monthly reporting, contributing to quality control and process improvements across the department.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a law firm finance department.
• Fully integrated accounting system experience preferred.
• Law firm rates programming experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process rate requests for firm offices, including approving, correcting, and updating client and matter billing rates.
• Maintain billing rates, attorney assignments (billing, originating, and responsible), and related changes in Aderant.
• Coordinate with attorneys, billing teams, and legal administrators to implement approved rate changes.
• Review and correct attorney pre-bills, including disbursement accuracy.
• Process clients and matter maintenance forms, ensuring quality control.
• Track hours worked and provide monthly reports to upper management.
• Collaborate with team members on best practices, process improvements, and departmental initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive support for client intake processes and rate programming in collaboration with the firm's pricing team.
• Perform data entry and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
