Job summary
Acceleration Partners is seeking a remote Partner Growth Manager (LATAM) to drive strategic partnerships and business development for the LATAM affiliate space. The role will require joining client calls, providing strategic insights, and managing the top 10 partners for assigned clients while traveling as needed.
Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in business development or account management with enterprise clients, strong performance marketing

- 4+ years in business development or account management with enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in performance marketing and affiliate marketing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop LATAM partnerships and manage top publisher relationships.
- Pitch opportunities during client calls and provide strategic insights.
- Monitor revenue growth and optimize publisher performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Maintain proactive communication and tracking with clients.
