Acceleration Partners is seeking a Strategic Partnership Development Manager (LATAM) to drive growth in the LATAM affiliate space. This remote role requires US residency, strong Spanish, and travel for client meetings.

The candidate will join client calls, pitch opportunities, and manage top partners to achieve revenue goals. The role sits in our Strategic Territory Growth department, focusing on proactive research, strategic insights, and execution.

Formación

• Knowledge of the digital LATAM market.
• Fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
• 4+ years of business development or relevant work experience (including account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
• Experience selling to enterprise clients and managing partnerships.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and strong communication & negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop high-potential LATAM partnerships and opportunities.
• Manage top publishers, track performance, and optimize revenue for clients.
• Lead client engagements, articulating strategy and driving execution across programs.
