Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Partner Growth Manager (LATAM) to support the growth of its Strategic Territory Growth department. This remote, work-from-home role requires residing in the United States, with international travel for client meetings and conferences.

Fluency in Spanish is required, with Portuguese a plus. You will join client calls to pitch high-value opportunities and proactively manage the top partners for each client.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• 4+ years in business development or a related field.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and in contract negotiations.
• Proven track record of reaching goals and presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pitch high value opportunities on client calls and manage top partners for clients.
• Lead recruitment and paid placement initiatives and negotiate terms; coordinate with partners.
• Identify new partnerships using research and market trends (e.g., SimilarWeb) to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain strong communication with publishers; optimize ROI and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the LATAM-focused Strategic Territory Growth team to align with client goals.
