Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Remote Partner Growth Manager (LATAM) to support Strategic Territory Growth. The role focuses on LATAM affiliate partnerships, joining client calls to pitch opportunities and manage top publishers for client programs.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in business development or account management, with enterprise experience and a background in performance marketing (affiliate). Some travel is required, and fluency in Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years business development or relevant work experience (including account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
• Experience working in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients.
• Experience in Performance Marketing (particularly Affiliate Marketing) industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Publisher Performance: Contributes to revenue growth by expanding relationships and optimizing publishers, including paid placements and commissions.
• Maintain and update department trackers for partnerships and placements; report client-approved placements.
• Act as SME in client verticals and partner relationships, leading conversations with knowledge across the org.
