Job summary

Acceleration Partners is hiring a Partner Growth Manager (LATAM) to drive growth in LATAM affiliate partnerships. This remote role requires US residency, Spanish fluency, and travel for client meetings.

You will join the Strategic Territory Growth team to pitch opportunities, manage top partners, and provide strategic insights. Candidates should bring 4+ years in business development or account management, with a track record of meeting goals and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• 4+ years of business development or relevant work experience.
• Experience in sales or account management with enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work remotely across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Publisher Performance: contribute to revenue by growing top publishers and optimizing placements.
• Performance and Placement Trackers: regularly update trackers and client-approved placement data.
• Subject Matter Expert: advise on verticals and partner relationships for client programs.
• Proactive Research: identify new high-quality partnerships and opportunities.
• Written and Verbal Communication: manage day-to-day publisher communications clearly and independently.
• Initiative: identify opportunities to drive revenue growth across programs.
